About

The person behind SIEBER Management is Tom Sieber. Tom is a seasoned management consultant and has worked with clients on over 100 cases all around the globe over the past 20 years. Before setting up SIEBER Management, Tom worked for the global tier 1 consulting firm Oliver Wyman and later for Berylls Strategy Advisory. In these roles, Tom supported automotive OEMs and suppliers, new mobility startups, manufacturing industries players, and financial investors. 

Tom has founded and grown several companies, corporate ventures and invested into startups early stage. He holds a Ph.D. degree through research on the impact of strategic management on capital market metrics. Tom is based in Germany but available globally.
